T-Bros has been a custom printing t-shirt shop for about 3 years and we were exclusive powersellers on eBay until recent changes forced us off their site for the time being. We currently provide custom jobs for large and small business and custom design shirts which are listed on our site. We are located just outside of Toronto Canada in a busy upscale neighbourhood. We do Direct to Garment printing, where the ink is embedded into the t shirt. It will not crack or fade like silk screen and iron on transfers. Our Shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton, and have a nice weight to them.

Shipping Information:
Please note, that we are a Canadian company and in North America we offer tracking numbers only if you pay the extra cost for that. Other wise it is sent regular mail, we estimate it could take up 5 - 25 business days for the package to get to you. Business days are Monday to Friday. We also will not ship the shirt until 52 hours after the order is processed and payment is fully received. This is because all shirts are custom made for the order and double checked to make sure it is correct. International orders could take up to 45 days more. Orders with over 3 t shirts automatically get a tracking number. international orders at the moment do not have any extra shipping options because express shipping is a tad expensive. Please contact me and we can work something out. but as it stands it gets a flat rate ground service.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If orders are cancelled before they are shipped then we can easily handle it.
Our returns and refunds are based on a case by case situation. For any damages you are required to provide proof of it with a camera. Also note that sometimes since it is direct to garment printing images will not look exactly as shown because they are all digital images. Please note, we will not give refunds if we see reason to dispute the claim. But we will handle all matters with utmost seriousness and consider all facts before deciding.
